Bullion Manager at Baldwin’s

As Bullion Manager, you will be responsible for managing the bullion department, overseeing the Bullion Team. You will assist with inbound leads, building relationships with potential customers and closing sales. The Bullion Manager will work closely with the Managing Director of Baldwins to develop and grow the Bullion department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients to understand their precious metals investment options
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on precious metals investment needs
  • Negotiate and complete transactions to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions in the Company’s CRM systems
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively communicate with clients
  • Manage the Bullion Team to grow and expand the Baldwins Bullion offering
  • Assist with the general administration to include stocktaking, checking prices, data entry
  • Dealing and responding to customer queries, whether that is via email, telephone or face to face visits
  • Providing customers with quotations
  • Assisting with the processing transactions

Experience required:

  • Previous sales experience with a proven track record of achieving targets
  • Previous experience of working with bullion
  • Knowledge of precious metals, investment markets and financial products
  • Previous Managerial experience would be advantageous
  • Previous customer service experience
