New Euro Banknotes – It Will Be One of These Two Themes
It is intended that euro banknotes are redesigned every 10 to 15 years. This is a long process that already has been going on for a while. The search is currently on for a theme for the future designs. Two finalists have now been chosen.
Minerva Magazine Ceased Publishing
The archaeological journal Minerva, founded in 1990, will discontinue its service with its last issue in July/August 2023. The reason for this, it says, are the lingering effects of the pandemic and increased costs. The last issue can be downloaded for free.
The Nasser D. Khalili Collection of Islamic Coins: Now Available Online
The Khalili Collections are in the process of digitizing the Nasser D. Khalili Collection of Islamic coins, one of the largest private collections in this field. Over the next two years, around 13,000 coins will be made available on the official website, which already features 2,280 coins.
Thomas J. Uram to Become ANA’s 63rd President
