The theme for the upcoming session is an “Introduction to Roman Coin” by Dr Andrew Brown, the National Finds Adviser for Iron Age and Roman Coins (PAS, British Museum). The Talk will be hosted online at 12:30 GMT on 25 February 2025.

Dr. Brown will discuss key denominations, their historical significance, and how they evolved over time. The December Coin Talk with Gregory Thompson, titled “An Introduction to Studying and Identifying Ancient Greek Coins,” is now available on YouTube.
