Gold Coins at Cayón’s Subasta Extraordinaria 432

Cayón Subastas presents its Subasta Extraordinaria 432. The sale will close automatically on July 10th, 2025, beginning at 5:00 PM (Madrid).

The sale features more than 160 lots of ancient, Spanish and world coins. It begins with a terrific gold octodrachm from Ptolemaios II and 5 Roman aurei, including a Julius Caesar and a HISPANIA by Hadrian. The section is followed by a large group of Spanish gold coins from Visigoths, Fernando & Isabel (Catholic Kings) to today. It also features 25 gold 8 escudos, nine 4 escudos and more than 20 pieces of 2 escudos. The World coins section includes a nice and scarce 10$ 1889 with a mintage of only 4,485.
