The SINCONA auction house invites lovers of world numismatics to this year’s Spring Auctions from 26 to 28 May 2025 for three exciting numismatic days in Zurich. 3,500 lots with a total estimate of more than 5 million Swiss Francs are sure to ignite exciting bidding battles.

It all begins on Monday morning, 26 May 2025, with Auction 96 featuring part six of the famous SINCONA British Collection. This part presents gold and silver medals, including many special pieces and rarities of various alloys. 500 lot numbers with a total estimate of 1 million Swiss Francs will be crossing the auction block, including a remarkable 113 gold specimens. It is hard to think of another collection of British medals of such breath-taking beauty. The catalogue of Auction 97 taking place from Monday afternoon, 26 May, to Wednesday morning, 28 May 2025, and presenting world coins and medals, the SINCONA Bullion Auction as well as Swiss coins and medals has an impressive weight of more than 2 kilograms – and this should not come as a surprise as the sale features 2,330 lots with a total estimate of more than 3.25 million Swiss Francs.

The chapter of this May’s Bullion Auction comprises 104 lots and will be held on the afternoon of 27 May. By now, every customer knows that bids in this section are made as a percentage of the precious metal price. Customers do not pay a premium on the hammer price, no matter whether they are on site, submit their bids via writing or take part in the auction online.

On the morning of 28 May it is time for the last part of Auction 97, Swiss coins and medals featuring 783 lots with a total estimate of more than 1.25 million Swiss Francs. The third and last catalogue of SINCONA’s May Auctions is dedicated to part 3 of the Konrad Bürki Collection – Swiss Cantonal Coinage. This brings us to catalogue 98 and the afternoon of 28 May 2025.
