Become a Member of the Leu Team as an External Medieval and World Coins Cataloguer
We at Leu Numismatics are looking for a dedicated numismatist specializing in medieval and modern coins to help us identify and catalogue coins for our floor and web auctions, working full time or part-time.
You don’t have to move to Switzerland to fill this position, you can work comfortably from home!

What we are looking for:
- English as mother tongue or second language. We will only consider applicants with excellent command of English
- Access to a numismatic library with all the important works on world coins
- Extensive experience as a numismatist in the coin trade
- Very good knowledge in the areas of world coins, particularly European coins from the Middle Ages, the Renaissance, and the modern era, as well as American coins
- Good computer skills (description database accessible via website)
- Ability of correctly identifying and accurately describing coins
- Proven track record of scientifically correct research and work
- Adherence to deadlines
- Commitment and resilience in stressful situations
- Ability to communicate and work in a team
