The Croatian National Bank, in cooperation with the Croatian Mint, continues its series on Croatian literature. The second issue is dedicated to Marija Jurić Zagorka. She is celebrated in Croatia as an icon of feminism.

Jere L. Bacharach, expert on Islamic numismatics, died in April 2023. The ANS remembers its long-time member of the Board of Trustees, and an invaluable scholar of the numismatic community and Middle Eastern studies.

The First Ultra High Relief Coin with Partial Gilding of the Croatian Mint
On 24 January 2024, two “Trsat Dragon” collector coins were released. A new issue featuring the same motif has been added to the successful series on 14 November: the Croatian Mint presents its first coin with ultra high relief and with partial gilding.
